Loan Officer - Hope Microcredit

Job Description

The Loan Officer will be responsible for on-field loan processing, client assessment, loan disbursement follow-ups, collection and recovery of loans, and conducting client calls. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring portfolio quality and growth.

Qualification & Experience Required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in microfinance or lending is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Results-oriented and target-driven
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
