LOAN RECOVERY OFFICER

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferably in banking.
• Law degree or certification is an additional qualification

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop implement of strategies on recovery- both in general and also on a borrower wise basis.
•  Close follow up with defaulting Customers by visiting their business/ residences, telephone calls, emails and recovery over dues from them.  Coordinate With Management Credit Committee/ Corporate Banking for taking effective recovery actions.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Previous experience of managing recoveries.
• Good knowledge of the legal system, laws regarding recoveries of bad loans and enforcement of security.
• Ability to persist With recovery efforts and effectively recover the dues.
