LOGISTICS OFFICER

HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Logistics Officer who will be responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the Company's objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the planning, oversight, and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure the smooth accomplishment of projects.
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure that communications and safety protocols are followed.
• Responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
• Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
• Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements.
• Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
• Carry out annual property inventory and provide another report in his/her area of responsibility.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or in a related field.
• 2 years of working experience in Logistics.
• Must be able to plan, prioritize, and manage their own activities and office workflow even when working under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of logistics operations and practices.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing and able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
