Role purpose:
To coordinate and strengthen differentiation in Enterprise through relevant payment solutions in the M-PESA Business segments portfolio. To help and attain a revenue target growth of at least 30% Year on Year. To grow the revenue in the existing customer base and support the acquisition and activation of new businesses on boarded.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Push and drive the acquisition of M-Pesa Collection accounts (C2B), M-Pesa Disbursement (B2C) and M-Pesa Business to Business (B2B),

Acquire and Support the Enterprises Sales Managers and Account Managers in acquisition of distributors and merchants within all verticals on M-Pesa products i.e. Pay bill, buy goods and bulk payments.

Proactively attend to customer related issues and get an excellent customer rating.

Build long lasting business relations and partnerships with Merchants and the users of C2B, B2C and B2B in the segment or verticals.

Train, Support and Coordinate training of users of C2B, B2C and B2B accounts and M-Pesa products.

To produce regular reports for the Enterprise Management and Sales teams that provide them with insights that ensure that goals and objectives are met.

To support to any departmental initiatives.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience

University Degree preferably in Business/Marketing or any related fields is a must.

More than 2-5 years’ experience in Selling especially in segments or verticals.

Be able to manage customer relationships

Telecommunications and/or Mobile Financial Services experience would be advantageous;

Project knowledge and experience would be advantageous;
