LOCATION: Zanzibar, Tanzania

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Manager Business Development & Admin who will help a business to promote and sell its products to its customers. Lead and influence the way a brand looks and feels in the market and cover the entire spectrum of how a company communicates.

Responsibilities:

• Readily support the Partner on the delivery of selected marketing strategies besides managing the execution of the approved deliverables. Working with the executive team, managing partner, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience, with 5 years or more in a managerial role in highly reputable Firm.
• A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of advanced excel, data analytics and CISA qualification would get a preference.
