Key Responsibilities:

  • Land and Property Management Responsibilities

    1. Regulatory Compliance

      • Ensure all properties and land plots comply with relevant statutory and legal requirements.
      • Adhere to zoning laws, permits, and environmental regulations.
      • Ensure timely payment of land rents and applicable taxes.
    2. Government Coordination

      • Liaise with government agencies, legal advisors, and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for land development.
    3. Property Maintenance & Security

      • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties, ensuring cleanliness, sustainability, and conservation efforts.
      • Implement 24/7 security measures to prevent unauthorized access or land intrusion.
    4. Lease & Rental Management

      • Manage lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance tracking.
      • Establish competitive rental rates based on market research and financial analysis.
      • Address and resolve any disputes related to land use or tenant agreements.
    5. Financial & Market Analysis

      • Conduct market research to assess land value and investment opportunities.
      • Analyze operating costs, property taxes, depreciation, and projected returns.
      • Prepare reports on land usage, financial performance, and risk assessment.
    6. Land Development & Utilization

      • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value while ensuring sustainability.
      • Identify and oversee potential development projects that align with regulatory requirements and financial feasibility.
      • Collaborate with contractors, planners, and stakeholders to optimize land use.
    7. Risk Management & Compliance

      • Ensure full compliance with contractual, environmental, and legal obligations.
      • Mitigate risks related to property disputes, liabilities, and regulatory changes.
    8. Documentation & Reporting

      • Maintain accurate records for all properties to support audits, dispute resolution, and financial tracking.
      • Provide comprehensive reports on land management, financial insights, and compliance status.
