Marketing and Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
To undertake marketing and sales activities as per the company’s existing plans.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare plans and manage the publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
- Create marketing campaigns in liaison with the Senior Public Relations Officer.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
- Contribute to the annual marketing and sales plan.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate the success of marketing projects and events.
- Stimulate sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Support in preparing accurate sales projections along with pipeline reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Plan, develop, and deliver marketing and sales campaigns within agreed timescales.
- Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by the company.
Academic Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Experience:
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing, sales, or related duties, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position. Experience in the sugar industry is an added advantage.
