Marketing Manager

HR World, on behalf of our reputable client in the automotive industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategies and plans.
• Influencing pricing strategies and overall brand awareness.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Working with the dealer and general sales manager to develop upcoming ad campaigns.
• Communicating with customers to determine their needs and interests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management.
• Strong skills in Leadership, communication, and analytical thinking are crucial.
