Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update company social media pages, ensuring regular posting and audience engagement.
Develop and schedule engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and oversee online advertising campaigns.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify trends, preferences, and business opportunities.
Analyse competitor strategies and provide insights to improve the company’s market positioning.
Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
Assist in identifying new target markets and business expansion opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Assist in managing media relations, press releases, and public engagement activities.
Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Assist in developing customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
Respond to customer inquiries on social media and digital platforms to enhance brand reputation.
Work with the sales team to generate leads and support customer conversion efforts.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems for customer outreach and lead tracking.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, expenses, and campaign results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, public relations, and customer service.
Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Practical work experience in marketing and sales roles within reputable organizations will be an added advantage.
