Job Purpose:
- To manage, execute and maintain, brand strategies and initiatives to ensure brand consistency and awareness across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external events including sponsorships for NMB.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate brand objectives/deliverables with creative, and media advertising units.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to branding guideline standards in terms of layout and quality of materials and execution including the branch look and feel.
- Create, maintain, and enhance good relationships with all brand related suppliers.
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the bank and brand positioning; this includes keeping up to date all communications in the branches to ensure alignment to planned/approved communications.
- Take a lead in supporting and coordinating branch-branding projects with liaison to PMO and Procurement.
- Work with procurement to source branding and advertising materials that are of NMB's standards.
- Ensure end-to-end timely delivery and proper execution of all brand/product campaigns and below the line materials in the branches and the market.
- Follow up with Procurement and Finance to ensure all brand vendor LPO's are released on time and payments effected on time.
- Assist to plan and schedule NMB's events and sponsorships for the year
- Ensure branding at NMB's sponsored promotions and events is executed to the highest possible standards to achieve maximum exposure.
- Recommend to supervisor's approval or denial for specific events and sponsorships
- Provide assistance to support internal events.
- Attend events to facilitate operations and ensure all aspects of events are implemented and managed in accordance with the banks standards.
- Compile materials required for event program; maintain mailing lists for distribution of updated monthly event calendar or other pertinent information.
- Consolidate and track all brand, events, sponsorship and promotional budget, alert Brand, events and sponsorship manager when budget is depleted.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Brand knowledge and a good overall understanding of basic Marketing principles.
- Excellent computer skills

- Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other related field
- 3 years' experience in marketing, Brand and events management or any similar role.
