Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Maternity Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns, ensuring their health and well-being during the postpartum period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
• Monitor the health of both mother and baby, identifying any potential complications.
• Educate new parents on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Assist with breastfeeding and provide support for any feeding issues.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternity or postpartum care.
• Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
