Manage all MFS Operational and Commercial Reporting so as to give the right information and Focus to the business for the right decision Making to maximize revenue, customer experience and to comply to all Regulator Reporting Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Create the right Operational Reports in line with the creation and deletion of emoney
- Create the right operational reports in relation to the overall Operational Productivity and Efficiency
- Create and communicate all the Regulatory Reports as per the Requirement ie BOT, TCRA, GSMA
- Manage/ Prepare and communicate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Revenue Reports and other required KPIs
- Liase with all MFS teams to support them on the reporting Requirements
- Manage the MFS Product Reporting by Liasing with the Mic Commercial team to ensure they report the right numbers
- Manage Weekly/ Monthly/ quartely and Yearly Forecast for the MFS Products
- Support the B2B, Partners , Core Products and Operations heads on their Monthly MMR reporting
- Create liasion with the Zonal Teams to have frequent performance reports to understand Zonal Performances
- Support the MFS Management in the Preparation of the Commercial Meeting Pack and other similar meeting
- Managing and Tracking of Budget Initiatives
- Track Weekly Management and Team actions (MFS Action Tracker)
- Liase with customer Experiennce and Consumer Understanding reports for improvements
Qualifications:
- 4 or 5 years’ experience in financial management in a bank, Audit firm or senior level accountant.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, CPA/ACCA MS Office Skills
- Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
- Numerical Skills
- Ability to communicate, influences, and be a team player.
- Capacity to synthesize broad ideas into simple concepts to articulate proper communication to multiple audiences
- Strong interpersonal and ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams and people
- Presentation skills
