National Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

The National M & E Officer will:

• Set-up a results-based monitoring system for the project with regular monitoring and planning sessions
• Implement regular tracer studies and other employment effective evaluations
• Support the team leader in reporting results
• Train the Tanga Regional Vocational Training and Services Centre colleagues on the results based monitoring system for them to continue these tasks after client funding ends

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in statistics or social sciences or other relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in M&E in development projects
• Strong reporting skills
• Working experience in Tanzania or East Africa
• Driving license category B
• Excellent spoken and written English and Kiswahili is obligatory
• Right to live and work in Tanzania or East Africa
• Available to resume work on the 18th of March 2018
