Core Job Description:
The NOC Monitor trainee will assist in site monitoring of Telecommunication towers managed by PIVOTECH. This involves ensuring effective incident management for each corrective maintenance incident, adhering to PIVOTECH's established QMS procedures, OHS procedures, EMS procedures, and service level agreements stipulated in client contracts.
Key Tasks:
- Raise trouble tickets for all critical alarms
- Ensure all corrective incidents are reported and closed within defined SLAs, NOC internal procedures, and Mean Time to Repair Targets
- Prepare reports & handover at the end of each shift
- Initiate and manage internal and customer communication
- Manage incidents by following up tickets from opening to closing
Education:
Minimum of a diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
At least one (1) year of related experience. Programming experience is an added advantage.
