POSITION: OFFICE ATTENDANT
DEPARTMENT: STORES AND FACILITIES
REPORTING TO: STORES AND FACILITY MANAGER
Asilia lodges and Camps Ltd is looking for a Competent and hardworking Tanzanian to fill a position of Office Attendant. A person who is competent in Service delivery, and have detailed knowledge of, cleaning procedures, and standards so as to provide a pleasant and comfortable working condition for all the staff.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Daily Duties
- Ensure all offices are well cleaned.
- Ensure all offices are well arranged and tidy
- Ensuring all washrooms are always clean while on duty and that all necessary facilities like toilet papers, are always in place
- Provide and Serving tea/ coffee to all offices
- Replenishing of hot water at all the times while on duty
- Ensuring cups are always clean
- Assist cooks to serve and distribute food to Securities.
- Ensure all plates from different offices are collected and are well cleaned
- Ensuring proper arrangements for any function at head office are done on time
- Cleaning managers house as per standard set.
- Do any task assigned by my line Manager within reasonable limit.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and Punctual
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- Age limit 28-35yrs.
