We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager for the Dar es Salaam Office of our client KfW which is one of the leading development banks with headquarter in FranKfurt, Germany in Tanzania , KtW, is financing development projects of the Government of Tanzania in different sectors on behalf of the German Government.

KfW Office Dar es Salaam seeks to employ" a "professional, friendly and service oriented Office Manager with extensive experience, in. office administration, accounting and management. He/she will report directly to the Director and will' be in charge of the overall administration and accounting of the KfW Office.

Responsibilities
• Day to day administration of KfW Office according to KfW standards and regulations
• Handle office accounts arid book keeping using the KfW accounting system
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement of office supplies and services
• Overview and handle facility services and maintenance activities
• Coordinate and supervise the work of supporting staff
• Prepare and follow up communication to. Ministries, government authorities and international partners
• Coordinate Human Resources activities
• Act as executive assistance to the Office Director

Qualifications
• University degree in administration or an equivalent professional degree
• A minimum of 10 years work experience in a comparable position
• Proven accounting, budgeting and reporting skills and experience
• Experience with Tanzanian tax and labor law and regulations
• Professional computer literacy in particular Microsoft, Office software
• Flexible, pro-active, self-dependent with strong 9rganiz9tional and time management skills and ability to work in a team
• Proven track record of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to interact and coordinate with government authorities and international partners
• Well-organized and structured personality, able to identify priority issues, to effectively communicate them to superiors, to discuss solutions, and to follow through agreed action. 
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication 'skills in English and in Kiswahili. Correspondence with KfW HQ in Frankfurt will be essential and will mostly take place in English, knowledge of German language would be an asset
• Personality with a strong interest in Lifelong learning and in expanding management skills
