Job Purpose
The Office Manager will be responsible to support operations by maintaining office systems, maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement, implementation of office policies, and achieving financial objectives by preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Job Qualifications / Experience
- Degree in General Management, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in office administration and office management.
- Knowledge on Finance, general Accounting Procurement, and Logistics.
- Ensure well management of inventory and accurate dates on all orders
- Knowledge of people management in the implementation of HR policies and practices
- Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Report writing experience
