OFFICE MANAGER
HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Office Manager who will join a small dynamic team, enjoy growth opportunities, and contribute to shaping the company’s administrative strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Administrative Support: Organizing meetings, managing databases, sending out notifications, setting
    agendas, document processing, email correspondence, and taking minutes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the office budget, keeping track of expenditures and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Communications: First point of contact with Internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Oversee upkeep of physical office space and facilities, including maintenance of equipment, office layout, and safety protocols. Assisting with HR duties: Coordinating employee reviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Travel and event coordination: Plan and coordinate events and travel for staff.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management, administrative, or executive support.
  • Experience with Government and Private sector partnerships & data-driven business development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills in business software (Gmail, Google Sheets, and other Enterprise Tools), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferably with experience in office management software and HR systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented.
