OPERATIONS CORDINATOR
INDUSTRY: AND GAS HR World limited on behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Operations Cordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To coordinate the inspection staff for field work, schedule, supervise, monitor, audit field operations and any related administrative tasks in-line with the internal business and Q.A. systems.
- To assume the duties of 0GC Commodities Business Manager and/or in his absence, to other Business Line Manager/s delegate, if requested.
- •To assist the 0GC Commodities Business Manager in liaison with 0GC Commodities staff.
- •To carry out the instructions of the 0GC Commodities Business Manager and meet any deadlines imposed. Responsibility for profit and loss control as may be delegated by the 0GC Commodities Business Manager.
- To co-ordinate the inspection and back-office staff for field work, office, and administrative operations.
- To supervise, monitor field operations and any related back-office administrative tasks. To ensure that all staff carry out their assigned functions in accordance with deadlines and instructions.
- •To carry out regular on-site audits, including leadership visits to ensure that field and back-office staff are maintaining standards and properly following procedures.
- •To notify the 0GC Commodities Business Manager of all relevant information for communication to clients or other interested parties.
- •To ensure that all clients requirements are fulfilled.
- •To ensure that field reports/invoices are completed prior to submission for final reports/invoices preparation.
- •To ensure accuracy of reports, invoices, and compliance with any specific requirements.
- •To ensure proper maintenance of files and records archiving.
- To conduct field/back-office training of all OGC Commodities staff.
- To notify the 0GC Commodities Business Manager of the failure by any staff to comply with all guidelines and instructions.
- •To facilitate the flow of information from 0GC Commodities staff to the 0GC Business Manager QHSE and - ensure compliance to company's safety, operation integrity, policies and procedures and register zero injuries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- •Bachelor degree in Natural resources or any other related fields. Working knowledge of the Oil and Petroleum Trade Inspection Industry and the transportation, handling and storage of associated products.
- Good working knowledge of measurement and loss control procedures.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures.
- To be familiar with company procedures
- •5 years' experience within the oil and petroleum trade inspection industry.
- •Excellent knowledge of the BOSS billing system and 0GC Commodities SAT/SIR reporting tools.
- •5 years progressive experience in management and operations.
- •3 years progressive experience in middle management and operations.
