OPERATIONS MANAGER
INDUSTRY: AGRICULTURE
LOCATION: TABORA
HR World on behalf of our client we are looking for Operations Manager who will supervise a medium-sized team, ensuring that daily production activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with quality standards and organic certification requirements.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to optimize efficiency and identify operational trends.
• Implement and refine quality control systems to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and perform cost-benefit analysis and production forecasting related to production operations. 
• Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Oversee project management, risk management, and technological integration.
• Regularly report to senior management on production metrics, operational challenges, and system audits.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven management experience, particularly in systems involving organic production.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, technical proficiency, and a thorough understanding of industry-specific regulations.
