OPERATIONS MANAGER
INDUSTRY: HEALTHCARE
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, seeks an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operations and delivery of high-quality healthcare services at healthcare facilities. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations in collaboration with doctors, medical staff, administrative personnel, and stakeholders to uphold the clinic’s service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, coordinate, manage, monitor, and evaluate clinical operations for efficient service delivery and care flow.
• Ensure all activities align with the clinic's mission, goals, and policies.
• Manage employee and doctors’ schedules.
• Establish and implement quality assurance protocols.
• Ensure patient care meets regulatory standards and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and manage the clinic's budget, monitoring expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, manage billing, and oversee insurance claims.
• Coordinate month-end closing processes.
• Oversee clinic facilities' maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to manage patient care processes, including scheduling and referral management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation.
• Keep updated on regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between the clinic, patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans in collaboration with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) teams.
QUALIFICATIONS;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
