Mkombozi Commercial Bank PLC operates as a fully-fledged Commercial Bank since 2009. The Bank offers wide spectrum of banking services and wishes to expand its business operations and thus invite suitable applicants who will demonstrate end-to-end business acumen in the following positions.
OPERATIONS OFFICER (1)
Reporting line Operations Manager
Duty Stations Dar es Salaam Terms Full time
Key Focus
Responsible for assisting branches to ensure the smooth running of daily branch operations and a high standard of operational control; especially in the areas of customer onboarding process as well as the compliance to AML.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct reconciliations in ATM, Mobile and western Union Transactions.
- Manage Transfer of Funds.
- Ensure effective Collection of tariffs and fees and commission in the Branches.
- Ensure effective compliance of Operational manuals and other regulations.
- Ensure effective service delivery in front office operations.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Banking and Finance Business Administration Work Experience
- At Least 3 years of work experience in a similar Capacity preferably in the Banking and Finance sector or Manufacturing sector Desirable Skills
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Computer-aided tools for Bank Reconciliations.

- Certified Copies of academic Certificates and all other submitted certificates.

- Applicants must be Fluent in English & Swahili with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
