POSITION: Personal Assistant and Office Manager 

INDUSTRY: Banking 

REPORTS TO: CEO 

JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam 

JOB PURPOSE 

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and general office management for the Office of the CEO. Oversee office maintenance and supervise support staff where applicable

PREFERRED EDUCATION 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE 

Strong multitasking and Customer Service skills 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 

2 years experience in Personal Assisting and Office Managing 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Executive support 
  • Administration 
  • Travel 
  • General Administration and Clerical Tasks 
  • Office Management 
  • Report writing and Presentation 
  • Board Support 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Adequate experience in similar roles with strong work tenor 
  • Accuracy and attention to details
