The Arusha international conference center (AICC) was established under the public corporation act NO. 17 of 1969 by a Presidential Order through government Notice number 115, published on 25th August 1978. The Center is wholly owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania and operates under the purview of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East Africa Co-operation
The center invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanian to fill this position
Qualifications
a) Entry qualifications
Holders of Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or its equivalent from a recognized Center/ Institution.
b) Duties and responsibilities
i. Undertake Pharmaceutical Production i.e compounding, packing and labeling pharmaceutical products under the supervision of senior staff
ii. Providing medication and other healthcare products to patients.
iii. Dispensing medicines to patients.
iv. Educating patients on the rational use of drugs.
v. Maintaining prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
vi. Performing any other duties relevant to the scope of the work that may be assigned by the supervisor.
