Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in ICT with specialization in telecommunication, electronics, and communication, information technology or computer engineering.

Experience

Minimum of three years post registration experience in telecommunicatin, electronics and communication industry

Duties and responsibilities

         i.            To assist in planning filed studies in develepments of the communication sector intended to determine needs and interventions;

       ii.            To assist in determining development projects with corresponding plans in varous areas as the basis for project implementation

      iii.            To lead juniors in collloecting data /information from different stakeholders to enable projection on the roull-out plans;

     iv.            To lead junirs in conducting studies in the current and future level of provision and supply of sevices in the market and establish need gaps;

       v.            To coordinate tender prepareation ofr the implementation fo the euniversal service projects

     vi.            To update publick register of all projects under implementation and develop projects for future new project inititiations in new areas based on currently and plannedproject area; and

    vii.            To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
