Plant Engineer
(Food &Beverages)

We're hiring a Plant Engineer for our client in the food and beverage production business

Responsible for:

• planning and carrying out maintenance programs for all plant machineries
• reinforcing HSE standards and compliance thereof
• monitoring, tracking, and improving productivity KPIs
• preparing and implementing training programs for technical and operation teams
• reviewing, developing, and improving policies and SOPs
• champions new machinery installation, automation, and commissioning
• preparing and presenting technical reports and proposals for management use
  
  

Key requirements

• Degree mechanical, electrical, auto mechanical or related
• Registered by ERB
• 4yrs experience working in the manufacturing sector/FMCG
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Excellent interpersonal skills
