Job Opportunity-Plots Sales Executive

Prime Location Investments Ltd, we are a professional Real Estate Agent specialized in property leasing and selling both commercial and residential including surveyed plots in various parts of the country. Under our VIWANJA TANZANIA brand, we are looking for an experienced self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented sales executive to drive plots selling in various parts of the country.
The interested candidates should be capable and ready to deliver business set sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. He/she should have the following qualifications
• At least one year experience in sales field with tracking records on sales targets achievement
• At least advanced diploma in business (sales and marketing)
• Self-motivated with teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Literate in computer Microsoft Office-Excel, word and power point
• Knowledge in land survey and management will be an added advantage
• Driving license will also be an added advantage

Remuneration: Should be ready for both salary and sales commission.
