Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in Manufacturing Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience in Manufacturing for a Process Controller position to be based in Mbeya. The successful candidate will report to the respective Manufacturing Team Leader.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Process Controller will be responsible for executing Supply Chain ways to drive Line performance; Identifying and analyzing defects by driving autonomous maintenance; Ensuring all machine components are inspected to ensure workmanship standards are maintained; Maximizing yields and with high-quality products; Link between machinery and quality characteristics; Carry out improvement actions to extend machines life; Reducing quality defects and start-up losses; Ensuring machine safety and 100% compliance of GMP.

Skills, Experience & Education

The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Two years practical relevant experience in the manufacturing industry preferably with FMCG, analytical and problem-solving ability, Good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate high integrity.
