Applications are invited from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the vacant position at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) situated at Chang’ombe, Temeke District, Dar es Salaam.

Duties
• Receives and issues vouchers, delivery notes and invoices;
• Prepares purchase requisitions/orders upon approval by his/her supervisor;
• Assists in receiving and issuing goods to users;
• Assists in the preparation of the Goods Received Notes (GRN);
• Assists in maintaining stock controls and accounts;
• Arranges stock and inventories in a store;
• Guides junior staff on matters relating to storekeeping;
• Assists in the analysis of purchasing equipment and undertakes subsequent purchasing process of approved requisitions, and
• Performs any other related Duties and Responsibilities as may be assigned by his/her reporting officer.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Materials Management or its equivalent.
Salary Scale: PGSS 6/1
Terms: Permanent but under probation

NOTE:

x. Certificates from foreign Universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU), and;
