Jiefang Motors (T) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

  • Utilize the Tally system for preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Operational Reporting and Financial Analysis:

  • Assist in reporting company operations and conducting financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Local Affairs Management:

  • Assist in handling local fiscal, tax, and commerce affairs.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Audit Coordination:

  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.

 Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Compliance and Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Document and Table Preparation:

  • Create tables and draft documents with precision.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English for work communication.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to working and living overseas.

Qualifications Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Work Experience:

  • More than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, especially Tally.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements is crucial.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
