In Tanzania, CRS has served vulnerable communities for over 50 years and is a respected organization in building the capacity of smallholder farmers, including youth, to improve agricultural livelihoods.
CRS is inviting experienced and qualified citizens of Tanzania to apply for the following post, based in the CRS Mbeya Office:
Project Coordinator for a Youth and Coffee Livelihoods project in Mbeya/Songwe
The position will support female and male young farmers to improve their livelihoods through coffee. This will include building the capacity of the youth to diversify their income sources through the provision of skills in farming as a business, entrepreneurship, savings and internal lending communities(SILC), group organization. The position will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the project activities, and ensuring the project applies best practices and generates learning.
