Role Purpose

• The purpose of this role is to work within the projects.
• Plan, monitor, control and coordinate all activities associated with projects from start to the end taking in priority of quality and customer service aspects without jeopardizing Healthy and Safety at workplace.
• The position requires management of each project scope accurately as indicated in the design.
• Management of Subcontractors, materials, equipment, and cost of the particular site in general.

Academic qualifications

Essential

• BSc in Construction Management/Engineering or Equivalent
• Registered with AQRB or CRB
• Work experience & skills

Essential

• 3-5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Experience in fit-out works will be added advantage
