PROGRAM MANAGER

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning,implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the foundation operations by operational systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead proposal development for the foundation, including writing and drafting proposals, budgets, Project Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (PMEL).
• To create comprehensive program plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the strategic pillars with local healthcare organizations, vocational training,government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• To oversee the financial management of the projects as approved by the BOT, including annual budgeting, preparation of accounts and the management of reserves and other assets.
• To ensure all administration roles relating to the Foundation are managed within the established SOPs.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree In Social Science field
• Masters Degree in Community Development is of an advantage
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of experience in similar foundations in private or private public partnerships.
• Knowledge of development trends and philanthropy sector
• Experience building multi-faceted partnerships with international INGOs and professional Foundations, local NGOs, Private and Public sectors and Community based Organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision.
• Ability to promote, organize and run large events on fundraising and government liason.
• Knowledge of budget management principles and experience in financial tracking and reporting.
