Job Role:
To coordinate and facilitate the planning, implementation, review and reporting of programs that is under the DANIDA Partnership Program that is under implementation in partnership with ActionAid Denmark and other public accountability and youth programs of the organization
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the development of the DANIDA partnership long-term programs strategy
• Develop annual plan and budget of the DANIDA partnership program at national level and support local rights programs and partners in this area
• Assess policies and strategies related to public accountability, gender-responsive public services, and youth development and initiate and engage in advocacy and influencing processes
• Closely work with youth-focused groups and organizations so that youth programs are promoted
• Design and coordinate people-centered advocacy and campaign on issues related to tax justice, gender-responsive public service and youth development
• Coordinate People for Change (P4C) and closely work with Advisors and Inspirators
• Coordinate and Training for Change (T4C) programs and work closely with Training Centre for Development Cooperation (TCDC) and Global platforms on developing the capacity of staff partners and governance structures
• Facilitate micro-macro linkage of public accountability and youth development program at all levels
• Work closely with thematic managers on program quality and joint advocacy initiatives
• Engage with Global Secretariat relevant persons on public accountability and gender responsive public services and youth programs
• Coordinate partner organizations and relevant stakeholders towards effective implementation of the DANIDA partnership programs
• Support and build the capacity of community organizations and partners to advocate and campaign on issues around public taxation, gender-responsive public services and youth development.
• Undertake periodic monitoring and review of the DANIDA partnership program
• Monitor the implementation of civic public accountability, gender-responsive public services and youth development programs and the LRP strategy and annual plan
• Initiate and develop concept notes and proposals to raise funds for programs under the role and engage actively in other fundraising initiatives
• Analyse and identify .potential risks, design mitigation measures and update the risks regularly for programs under the position
Qualification and Experience:
Education &Training Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Development Studies or any relevant Social Sciences discipline from a recognized institution

Essential Experience & Skills requirements
• At least 4 years minimum working experience in the social development fields
