Responsibility:

  • Assess and rate inbound and outbound calls according to company quality standards.
  • Communicate results to agents and supervisors on a daily basis, and provide feedback.
  • Consolidate agent scores and draft monthly team report.
  • Provide consolidated feedback to managers and supervisors on a monthly basis.
  • To train and couch agents when necessary
  • Be able to communicate with agents and supervisors from the Cartrack Tanzania Office.
 
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or any other related degree
  • Experience of 1-3 years in similar job
  • Analytical Skills
  • Coaching Skills
  • Listening Skills
  • Experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Attention to Detail
