Responsibility:
- Assess and rate inbound and outbound calls according to company quality standards.
- Communicate results to agents and supervisors on a daily basis, and provide feedback.
- Consolidate agent scores and draft monthly team report.
- Provide consolidated feedback to managers and supervisors on a monthly basis.
- To train and couch agents when necessary
- Be able to communicate with agents and supervisors from the Cartrack Tanzania Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or any other related degree
- Experience of 1-3 years in similar job
- Analytical Skills
- Coaching Skills
- Listening Skills
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
- Attention to Detail
