Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing general administration and secretarial assistance and support to the management and the wider team
- Diary Management
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mails/parcels
- Provide routine clerical support, searches copying, distributing mail and maintaining records/files.
- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and issue that low supplies ordered in time
- Show that office equipment is in running condition at all times, and arrange for equipment repairs and maintenance as necessary
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in administration or office management, Training in Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage
- Previous administrative experience of at least 2 years
- Must be between 30-40 years of age
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Meticulous and able to follow instructions of a detailed and technical nature
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
