Overview
Jordan University College(JUCO) currently seeks to fill in the position of Receptionist therefore qualified candidates are invited to make applications.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificates in secretarial, Office management and any other related courses
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- 2+ years’ work experience in a related field
Duties:
- Providing general administrative and clerical support services;
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily deliveries;
- Receiving and guiding Visitors; answering phone calls;
- Managing mail;
- Monitoring security at the front office;
- Organizing meetings; Secretarial supporting service;
- Reception area maintenance.
