Overview
Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board is a Government Institution established by the Architects and Quantity Surveyors (Registration) Act No. 4 of 2010 and among its functions is to register and regulate Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Allied Professionals, and their practicing firms.
Qualifications:
A holder of a Diploma in Records Management or equivalent qualifications from recognized Insititution.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Records Management Assistant II shall be to:
- Ensure that the Registry is run smoothly and effectively;
- Handle classified documents as required;
- Receive, record and distribute incoming and internally created mails;
- Record and arrange for the efficient and timely dispatch of all correspondences;
- Open index control files; and
- Performs any other duties as may be prescribed
Remuneration: Salary Scale AQOSS 1
Work Place: Southern Highlands Zone, Mbeya
