Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a commercial portfolio of liabilities and deposits for business clients.
- Maximize revenue generation for both funded and non-funded income lines.
- Ensure customer retention through cross-selling DCB products, including digital services.
- Conduct monitoring visits to clients to ensure repayment capabilities.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure service quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business banking/SME or corporate banking.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
