Relationship Manager Institutional Banking & Public Sector

Location: Head Office KIJITONYAMA

Duties & Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform political, economic, social and technological (PEST) analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks
• Responsible for asset and liability management for the UBA Tanzania by driving deposit mobilization as well as loan portfolio
• Ensure maximum activity on customers’ accounts
• Responsible for relationship management within UBA Tanzania
• Develop periodic performance reports
• Ensure business directives and initiatives from management are well disseminated across the country
• Ensure the achievement of agreed targets in terms of deposit and risk asset mobilization

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Budgeted target versus actual target
• Revenue growth
• Market share growth
• Volume of business – deposits and loans/facilities
• Adherence to policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is compulsory; a Master’s degree and/or a professional qualification is added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, credit analysis, relationship management with at least 3 years in PSG & Institutional banking

• Deep knowledge of UBA’s products and services
