1. Relationship Manager – Personal Banking
Job Summary
Responsible for promoting sustainable financial solutions to individuals to foster national economic development. Focus on building long-term relationships, driving portfolio growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end process for acquisition and relationship management of Group Schemes.
- Collaborate with branches to build a pipeline of potential companies, constantly adding new prospects and closing deals.
- Serve as the main contact and liaison for portfolio companies, organizing sales and marketing activities.
- Act as the escalation point for sales team issues related to portfolio companies.
- Ensure vetting of acquired companies through Credit Risk to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate product offerings and requirements to Branch Personal Banking Teams and branches.
- Manage product/proposition briefs to assigned branches and teams.
- Achieve sales targets and product penetration in acquired companies.
- Maintain excellent business relationships and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end customer service from origination to fulfillment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in sales and relationship management.
- Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of credit risk analysis and risk management processes.
- Leadership skills with the ability to formulate and communicate business strategy across all levels.
- Commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Senior Manager, Corporate Banking

Job Overview
Responsible for growing and proactively managing the corporate credit and liabilities portfolio, building long-term relationships, driving portfolio growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets for assets, liabilities, revenue, costs, and customer numbers.
- Market the ACB brand and strengthen local competitiveness.
- Develop new business and expand the customer base.
- Ensure efficient, profitable, and sustainable growth with high-quality outcomes.
- Deliver superior service to clients and optimize synergies.
- Develop proactive market plans to optimize the bank’s wholesale business and meet corporate customer needs.
- Create, execute, and manage commercial strategy and tactical business plans.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
- Build and manage rapport with corporate clients to drive acquisition, retention, and income from assets, liabilities, and other products.
- Provide industry-leading customer service, premier onboarding, and advisory support to new and existing corporate customers.
- Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts, visits, and an effective call program for assigned and prospect customers.
- Serve as the primary interface between the bank and select high-net-worth corporate customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant work experience in corporate banking.
- Strong credit analysis, documentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and develop suitable products.
- Experience in structured trade finance, syndication, and project financing is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products.
- Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within corporate banking.
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong time management skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
