Overview

The position is for Diamonds Star of the East Resort in Zanzibar.

We are searching for a Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury 11 villas resort in Zanzibar which is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection.

In this position you will be in charge of the restaurant of the resort, working together with the team of Waiters, Bartenders and Butlers to make a stay of our guests truly unique and unforgettable.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who:

• Has 2-3 years of experience as an F&B / Restaurant Supervisor;
• Speaks at least two European languages (German and French are an advantage);
• Has experience in the remote location (luxury environment is an advantage);
• Is hands-on, with strong guest relation and team leadership skills;
• Is strong in training
