Job Purpose

To develop new and grow business banking propositions for small and medium enterprises as well as personal accounts. 

Job Qualifications / Experience 

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or any business-related field preferred 
• Professional qualification AKIB, CPA(K), ACCA 
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in the role 
• Master's degree is an added advantage 
• Customer service / relationship management experience 
• Experience with branch sales strategy and improving customer satisfaction and customer retention 
• Credit experience 
• Experience with growth and maintenance of the current business banking portfolio. 
• Experience with increasing business propositions that include deposits, assets to individual customers small and 
• medium enterprises
• Knowledge of banking operations
