RETAIL SALES MANAGER
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM, DODOMA, MWANZA, AND ARUSHA

HR WORLD LTD on behalf of our reputable client in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with their service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for engagement, retention, recruitment, coaching, and development of current and new sales personnel.
• Selling and implementation of strategies and programs at retail.
• Plan budgets for each retail program and spend within agreed-upon targets and parameters.
• Ensuring all business premises are maintained to the highest standards.
• Drive sales and service levels across the retail division.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and research, primarily computer systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
