Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist and formulate the bank's risk policy is inclusive of the agreement of Risk Appetite and Risk Tolerances
• Treatment and oversee the strategy and infrastructure for the identification, assessment, management and control of risk across the bank
• Oversight as to operational and other matters with particular emphasis on credit risk
