Job Purpose:
Reporting to the District Manager, the job holder will be responsible for management and Analysis of Sales in Order to increase portfolio distribution, volume as well as Market Share
Key Responsibilities:
Route – to – Market:
- Full Portfolio availability;
- Price Compliance and Management
Analysis:
- Monitor, Evaluate/ Track HKN Market Share Vs Competition in RTM
- Monitor Evaluate and Track Heineken Market Share Vs Competition in Top 50 Accounts
Activations:
- Identify potential local tactical in bar activations to induce trial and increase brand awareness
- Execution of Global Activation platforms
Company Assets:
- Placement and Installation of Company Assets
- POS and Asset Deployment Plan
Competitor Activities:
Monitor, Gather and Share Competitor Market Intel
Key Deliverables:
- Brand Penetration increased NND
- Defined and Consistent pricing across RTM
- Weekly Volume and Market Share Report
- Joint Business Plans for Top 50 Accounts
- Consistent activations in line with Commercial Calendar
- Activation Reports
- PICOS
- Updated Asset Placement and Maintenance Register

Experience, Qualifications and Functional Competencies:
- B.Sc. in Social Sciences OR B.Sc. in a numerate discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a multinational/FMCG/Mining/Banking
- International working/education exposure
