We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team within the Sales Department of the Grid & Infrastructure Solutions division. In this role, you will drive business development and sales efforts for high-impact projects in the energy and telecommunications sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial prospecting efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients across various industries.
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers and engineering, to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor positioning to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the financial aspects of sales, including revenue tracking and cash collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, focusing on managing large accounts.
- Strong understanding of the energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
