SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage, the day-to-day operations and month/year-end close processes.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing financial processes and procedures from the ground up.
• Support financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Manage and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, statutory financial statements and budgets to aid decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA qualification (alternative considered on final stages).
• At least 5 Years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Proven experience in treasury management, including cash forecasting.
• Background from an accounting company is strongly preferred but not a must.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience with implementation.
