Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve zero harm/incidents by identifying unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
- Ensure high equipment reliability (above 98%) through regular inspections and prioritizing tasks.
- Assist in job planning, maintenance preparations, and shutdowns.
- Maintain electrical equipment like transformers, MCC feeders, cable jointing, and motors.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: VETA certification from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the cement industry.
- Skills: Ability to lead a team and a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability.
