Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania.

Senior Factory Workshop Engineer: Job Purpose: To ensure that industrial machinery and equipment’s runs smoothly and reliably.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance;
- Responding to breakdowns;
- Diagnosing fault;
- Repairing equipment;
- Supervising engineering and technical staff;
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings;
- Managing workshop budgets;
- Maintaining statistical and financial records related to factory workshop;
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation;
- Creating maintenance procedures;
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment’s; and
- Performing other lawful duties assigned from time to
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical and Electronic engineering or equivalent qualifications. Must be registered with a professional body. He/Four (A) years’ experience in sugar processing and/or cane production.
Salaries and other fringe benefits for the above vacancies will be paid in accordance to the Company’s Salary Structure and other related manuals.
General condition: all applicants should have accomplished Secondary School Education and possess an Ordinary Certificate or an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent and should not be above 45 years of age.
